La Paloma Warriors parents and teachers hope you're all doing well and you're staying safe talk to you about this week's topic and this week it's going to be about self esteem what is self esteem self esteem means that you feel good about yourself you feel proud of what you can do and you see the good thing about yourself and self-esteem helps you it gives you the courage to try new things and I'm here go over negativity with you that is going to be your self-esteem can you read it it is called a bubble and you can draw them bubble anywhere on a paper and I want you to eat hide your bubble you're going to write your strengths and the best quality all inside your bubble also inside your bubble ride down the people who support you it could be your friend your family your teachers pain on the outside of your bubble you are going to write them things that my heart your self-esteem this can include when someone hurts your feelings or someone pressures you so next time you feel like someone is trying to burst your self-esteem bubble take a deep breath and remember all your good and the people who are there with you in yourself as bubble how do you spell The Sting bubble because students there's a lot of good qualities in you and remember I miss you play husband love don't forget to have a great day
