hello La Paloma Warriors parents and teachers hope you're staying healthy hope you staying safe and most important hope you staying at home and remember to wash your hands today I want to talk about journaling through covid-19 fandemic to record history I want you to start a journal write down your thoughts and what you and your family during this pandemic what does it mean to you to be in lockdown what have you learned this whole time you have been quarantined or at home what have you met the most or what have you missed the least during this time how did affected your family journaling helps you cultivate yourself awareness in other words it helps you manage your emotions your thoughts and actions and you can express them on paper when it's hard for you this time right now will go down in history and someday your children our grandchildren will be reading about them in school journal for the future because someday you too can read this journal or talk about this journal to your children and grandchildren and who knows maybe so the Historical Society will be collecting and preserving the covid-19 journal so future Generations can better understand the pandemic effect on everyday lights on. already it's an organization dedicated to reserve to collect historical information or items and there is one here in San Benito Texas many blessed hope to see you soon and we will get through this together
